The display will feature abstract water paintings, with a building the village photo for the exhibit shown. The Judy Black Memorial Park and Gardens is welcoming artist Susan Harris, and her art exhibit, titled “Life Patterns,” from Friday, June 10, through Tuesday, July 5. Attendees will be able to bring their own picnic, lawn chairs, or blankets, and enjoy the music with their also being no charge for the program. The Minor Memorial Library in Roxbury is bringing back its Summer Concert Series on the library’s lawn with the first concert of the next scheduled series being on Saturday June 18, at 3 p.m., when the “Hot Acoustics” music duo of Waterbury Symphony Concert Master Alyce Cognetta Bertz on the violin, and guitarist Gary Bertz on the guitar, will be welcomed.
